Fan Fiction?

The Big Book Of Fan Fiction?
Could someone write a book filled with Fan Fiction from tv shows such as FRIENDS, WILL AND GRACE, The Movie TITANIC,ETC.? Legally?
If I need the permission how could i get it.?

Because I have so many fan fics that i thought it would be cool to publish a book about it and share it with everyone else.
