Where Can You Get Fan Fiction Published?
I was planning on using Lulu but you can't publish fan fiction, so are there any places that would publish it? I would only want a few books for me and my friends, I do NOT want to sell it. I'd want it to be like Lulu, but of course it needs to let you publish fan fiction.

I want to publish it into a book, not on a website.
Publishing fan fiction into a book actually would infringe copyright on the real owners of the original story/characters. They might sue your publisher if they do so – they wouldn’t want that.
